Seth Jones is a certified and licensed Unicoi home inspector offering high quality home inspections and water quality analysis at an affordable price. A native of northeast Tennessee and an ETSU graduate, Seth is happy to be able to serve the Unicoi community he loves with his unique set of skills and relevant experiences. He has worked extensively in the local construction industry and earned a construction degree at East Tennessee State University. Additionally, he has served as a Water Treatment Plant Operator for a local community, and is one of the only local home inspectors offering water quality analysis services. Recently, he took his home inspection talents to Texas to serve as a FEMA Disaster Housing Inspector Contractor following the destruction caused by Hurricane Harvey in 2017. - Certified Professional Inspector through International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)

- TN Grade III Water Treatment Plant Operator, License #14964
